1. Had a productive time on the bog and almost all the turf is footed/stacked/whatever you wanna call it. Job done till August when it’s time to bag it!
2. Did a few hours in The Roundabout Gallery today and spent some time stroking lovely objets de art (as Peter on Family Guy would say).
3. Garlic-infused roast chicken n’ baked spuds for dinner in about two hours after a wee bit of painting with The Brazilian.

How do you do your garlic infused chicken?
Well I crushed about five garic cloves and sort of gave the chicken a massage with it and then I drizzled on a load of olive oil followed by a sprinkle of Herbs de Provence. Only problem was I did it to the wrong side of the chicken which The Brazilian had a great time laughing at! The seasoning did get through to the correct side though! I am no Nigella 😀

Bargain on the books, well done and you have your caramel to eat while reading. Bliss! And all the better when you’ve been doing physcal work too, you feel all justified with your treat!
